In doing so, we assist in funding for ​innovative research to find breakthroughs that enhance the ​longevity and well-being of pediatric heart transplant ​recipients. Additionally, we are dedicated to partnering and ​building relationships where families in the CHD and ​transplant communities can find solace, strength, and ​understanding amidst their journey. Through our efforts, ​and with Jazzy’s legacy as our inspiration, we endeavor to ​spread hope, healing, and love to all those touched by ​pediatric heart conditions.
